And most importantly, we have the judgement to discern what is relevant to recommend considering the current market.  

STEP 2 | Review Market Data and Conditions

We produce researched based and experientially informed data to ensure you have the most accurate information.  Then we'll develop and ultimately recommend a pricing strategy based on your goals.  

STEP 3 | Home Staging & Preparation

In addition to market research and overall consultation, we will walk through your entire home with you and assist in the staging process to prep for our professional videographer, photographer and stager if needed. 

STEP 4 | Let's Advertise Your Home

Our approach includes a targeted digital marketing strategy, social media advertising, email marketing and personalized 1 to 1 outreach to the right buyer. Additionally, we list your property with the MLS (multiple listing service), the professional realtor network and source for third party site information (Zillow, etc.).   

STEP 5 | Open Your Doors

With every open house, we aim to create a welcoming and informative experience for buyers.  

STEP 6 | Close & Celebrate

We'll handle the title, closing services, and inspection to make sure the closing of your home goes smoothly. Then we celebrate!
